Terms & Conditions – Chalet 271

General

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the property owner (referred to as “we”, “us”) and the holidaymaker (referred to as “you”).

The holidaymaker is the person who completes the booking or makes the online payment and is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party understand and comply with these terms.

The property covered by these Terms and Conditions is 271 Riverside, Glan Gwna Holiday Park, Caeathro, LL55 2SG, United Kingdom.

Bookings

A £75 booking deposit is required within 2 days of a provisional booking being made. Until the deposit has been received and cleared, the booking remains provisional and may be cancelled without notice.

Once the deposit has been paid, your booking is confirmed.

Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined.

The remaining balance of the holiday cost is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation by the holidaymaker.

Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing, using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email.

The following cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival:

  • 4 weeks or less – 25% of the total booking cost

  • 3 weeks or less – 50%

  • 2 weeks or less – 75%

  • 1 week or less – 100%

Cancellations made outside these periods will result in the loss of the £75 deposit only.

We will always do our best to re-let the property and, if successful, may offer a discretionary refund, though this cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.

If, in the unlikely event, we need to cancel your booking, we will try to offer suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Our liability is limited to returning the amount paid.

The Property & Conduct

Every effort is made to ensure the property description is accurate. Minor changes may occur over time and do not entitle guests to a refund.

We reserve the right to enter the property at a reasonable time in the event of an emergency or essential repair.

Pets

By prior agreement, one small or medium-sized, well-behaved dog is welcome.

Depending on the number of guests and overall suitability, we may consider allowing more than one dog. If you wish to bring more than one dog, please contact us before booking so that we can confirm approval.
